Crochet Cardigan

I love this crochet cardigan. The pattern is a shell design and I got from the book " The Crochet Closet". It was easy to make and to put together. I have made it in a pink color as well but I'm still looking for buttons. When it is finished I will post more pictures of my new cardigan .

I used Caron's Simply Soft Yarn in blueberry color and it just feels fantastic!

Thanks for stopping by!
Cheers!

  1. I love, love, love Caron Simply Soft. Inexpensive, but soft and durable. I have a sweater that I knit in it, and I wear it all the time.

I need to make myself a few cardigans. The office I work in gets quite chilly at times!

  2. I started to use only the simply soft yarn. I also love the different colors. It doesn't get boring.

  3. Gorgeous - I am very jealous. I have learning to crochet on my bucket list! How long did it take you to make?

  4. It took about 2 weeks to get it done. I never thought I can do this but I learned to crochet by making pot holders. Then I moved on to crochet socks which I loved making specially with variegated yarn. I picked up the book with different cardigans/jackets and just went for it. This pattern is so easy to me and with different colors and buttons you can make a dressy cardigan or an everyday one. Just try it, you will love it.
